Beam Us Up, Educators--We're on a Student TREK |
| Workshop + Managing Whole School Change + High School |
| In this user-friendly session, participants will learn how to sustain change in their school by actively involving students in a day-long student trek which studies the school culture and develops a plan for student voice. Presenters will engage participants in typical student trek activities, including a modified Eye of the Mind/Eye of the Heart concept. Common Principles which stress equity and tone of trust and decency will be addressed. Participants will develop a plan for implementing this student-friendly adventure. Join us as we "beam" ourselves to a higher level of intelligence! |
