Renewing the Conversation: Mixing the Old With the New |

| One of the challenges facing both CES schools and schools in general is capitalizing on the insights of new teachers and the experience of seasoned teachers. In addition, CES schools that have been engaged in discussion of the Ten Common Principles often find themselves in temporary periods of stagnation, when the dialogue may seem to degenerate into muttering cliches. The goal of this roundtable is to explore means of renewing the discussion among both new and experienced faculty. Some of the techniques and approaches used in the roundtable will draw upon strategies employed in Critical Friends Groups. |
