Building the Backbone of a School: HR (Human Relations), a Whole-School Approach to Advisories |
| Workshop + School Design + High School |
| This workshop is designed to give teachers and school leaders concrete methods to personalize education for all students and improve student success. AI's advisory program will be presented in detail by students and teachers. Each participant will receive a packet of materials, including a detailed outline of program components, sample lesson plans and assessment tools. Participants will understand how to make advisories the focus of their schools and learn how to implement the three components of the advisory program: goal setting, human relations curriculum, and student accountability for education. Participants will have the opportunity for discussion and questions. |
