Using Coaching and Data-Based Inquiry for Equity and Student Achievement

Workshop   +   Cycle of Inquiry   +   Everyone
What is data-based inquiry and decision-making, and how can it move a school toward equity and higher achievement? Fremont High School teachers and their coach will share their experiences with data-based inquiry. They will relate why and how their orientation toward results has allowed them to make substantial gains in student achievement and equity. Presenters will share specific skills and tools used during the inquiry process; participants will then practice those skills and tools in a simulated inquiry session.
