| The circus ring master magically orchestrates three rings of complex activities, keeps the audience engaged and even smiles the whole time. Managing schoolwide change is much like a circus: you have performers, props, an audience, and even lions and tigers! In this session, you will be given information, ideas, tools and practical suggestions on how to make change happen. You will be given strategies to turn schoolwide redesign into "The Greatest Show on Earth". |
