Layers of Leadership: A Story of Whole-School and District Reform
Facilitator(s): Michael Silver, Gary Moed, Bruce J. Patt

Workshop   +   Leadership: change process   +   High School
In this session, presenters will tell their story of whole-school and whole-district reform. We will discuss both the challenges we encountered and our achievements. We will stress our relative size (as a district) and how that benefits our ability to serve our students. The perspectives examined will be those of a teacher-leader, principal, and superintendent. Our focus will be on the means of communication we use and how the levels and layers of leadership in a district can best be leveraged to best serve students and staff.
Date/Time: Friday, 10:30am - 12:30pm   Room: CC 618   Session #48
