| Roundtable + Leadership: change process + Everyone |
| Low test scores, new administrators, and a forever-changing teaching staff. Is CES the thread that is holding us together? How do we sell the Coalition way of thinking to newcomers, convince administrators of the importance of their active engagement, and positively impact student achievement? Journey with a group of CES comrades from Independence High School (Columbus, OH) as they share stories and reflections of lessons learned in their pursuit of school reform. We seek to examine the essential question, "In the pursuit of school reform, how do we embrace self-expressions--the good, the bad, and the ugly--to create a collaborative, empowering environment?" |
