Involving the Whole School in School Reform
Facilitator(s): Allyn Hutton

Roundtable   +   Leadership: change process   +   High School
Sacopee Valley High School has developed an action plan to guide the work of our high school reform efforts. Using a weeklong summer session, we have learned to work collaboratively as a staff to plan our work for the upcoming year. Involving a large number of our staff, we have created a template which outlines our goals and structures including the "who," "when" and "why." Using the template provided, suggestions from the SVHS staff and school data, participants will be led through the process of creating a school goal and planning for its implementation.
Date/Time: Friday, 8:00am - 9:00am   Room: CC 309   Session #35
