Workshop   +   Leadership: change process   +   Everyone
Coalition schools draw special leaders. This session explores several leadership qualities (moral courage, ability to promote and further the vision, and strong relationship skills) and why they are important for creating and sustaining profoundly different ways of "doing school." Big Picture Company folks will share strategies for selecting and training people who have or can develop these leadership qualities, and participants will be invited to share their ideas as well. This session is geared toward aspiring principals, people who prepare principals, and anyone interested in leadership issues.
Date/Time: Saturday, 1:30pm - 3:30pm   Room: CC 209   Session #214
