Collaborating for Student Success: Taking Staff Development into Our Own Hands!

Join a culture of collaborators by participating in this "hands-on" workshop. You will leave understanding how we are no longer passive recipients of staff development! You will learn strategies that will enhance your current CSS group or help you implement a new group in your school. We will show you how this process can help you employ the "Baldridge" approach for your system. You will actively participate in protocols and activities that are used in successful CSS groups, and learn supportive ways to foster collaboration among colleagues. We will discuss ways to continue collegial dialogue in a manner that will lead to more effective teacher performance with the end goal of increased student learning.
