| What specific knowledge and skills do experienced CES people need to coach whole-school change efforts? CES Northwest is one of the regional centers providing school coaches as one strategy to assist schools. This session will explore what we have learned about training people to become effective school coaches. Center staff will share resources they use to address change theory, data collection and analysis, creating small learning communities, and successful coaching strategies. |
